Group Sessions Timetable
Session Descriptions

Resistance
These sessions focus on building lean muscle, functional strength and postural improvement through the use of weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, suspension trainers and bodyweight. This session is designed to teach you correct technique and movement patterns.

Fitness
These sessions are designed to improve your cardiovascular fitness and endurance. We use a range of different techniques including running, plyometrics, weighted and bodyweight exercises.

HIIT
High intensity interval training is based on short sharp burst of work designed to get your heart racing. HIIT training is a very effective tool for reducing body fat, increasing muscle strength and endurance and improving cardiovascular fitness.

Boxing
Our boxing for fitness sessions involves gloves, padwork and body weight movements. Boxing is great for your cardiovascular fitness, full body strength and power, endurance and core strength.

Core & Booty
Improving your core and glute strength is really important to ensure your body moves and functions well. This session can include both smaller mat work movements as well as larger movements utilising weights, bands, suspension trainers and kettlebells.

Pilates
Our Pilates session is run on one Saturday of every month. This session is a full body workout focusing on spinal and pelvic alignment and developing strong deep core and pelvic floor muscles.
