Living on the Sunshine Coast there is no shortage of different fitness options available to us, but how do you choose the one that’s right for you?

Firstly know your options there are gyms, personal trainers, Crossfit, high intensity training studios, group fitness classes, bootcamps and what we do outdoor group training. There is something to suit everyone.

Secondly know what motivates you. Do you like training by yourself or do you prefer group environments? Would you like some accountability from a trainer or are you self motivated? Do you prefer to be indoors or outdoors? Are you unsure of what exercises you should be doing or are you confident in a gym environment?

And lastly don’t be afraid to just give it a try, most facilities and trainers offer some type of free trial to give you a chance to experience what they do before signing up. This is the perfect way to see for yourself if it is the right fit.
