New Years is a great time to think about what you’d like to achieve for the year ahead. I love encouraging my clients to set big goals! Often we underestimate ourselves & fear can stop us from really pushing ourselves to achieve great things.

Here are some tips to help you keep those New Year’s resolutions

Take time out to set goals

Take 20minutes of quiet time by yourself to think about the year ahead and what you’d like to achieve. When setting goals its best to be SMART Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, & give it a Time Frame.

Write them down

Write down your goals perhaps in your diary or journal. Visually seeing your goals can really help so leave it somewhere you will see it every day.

Tell 3 people who will keep you accountable

Telling others is a great way to help you commit to achieving your goals. Choose people who you know care about you and will help hold you accountable. Having their support and accountability can really help.

Make a plan

A goal without a plan is just a dream so write down exactly the steps you need to take to make it a reality.
