Emotional Eating

Emotional eating is excessive eating not out of hunger but rather a trigger from our emotional state.  I’m sure we all have experienced this at different stages throughout our life those times we just are overindulging & feel that temporary short lived satisfaction that doesn’t  last.

Often we are eating to fill our stomach as a short term fix to mask a bigger feeling of un-fulfilment.

It could be your RELATIONSHIPS, CAREER, FINANCES, HEALTH, FITNESS, SLEEP…
